Abstract:
Regular exercise has been known to have a significant impact on mental health. This study med to analyze the correlation between regular physical activity and self-reported measures of mental well-being in adults. The research was carried out using a cross-sectional design with participants recruited from online fitness groups and social media platforms.
Results indicated that individuals who engaged in at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week experienced better mental health compared to those who were less active. This was derived by assessing self-reported scales for anxiety, depression, stress levels, and overall life satisfaction.
The study underscores the importance of incorporating regular physical activity into dly routines as a potential strategy for improving mental health and reducing symptoms related to anxiety and depression.
