University of San Francisco Women's Golf Team Advances to WCC Championships in Bremerton, Preparing for Title Climb

The University of San Francisco Women's Golf Team is set to embark on their postseason journey as they head north for the WCC Championships, scheduled from April 19th through April 21st at Gold Mountn Golf Club in Bremerton, Washington.

Following a 15th-place finish at the Silverado Showdown last week, the team is ready to compete agnst multiple highly ranked opponents. Eva Pett has been highlighted for her performance, rising up the player leaderboard by 31 spots on day three with a six-over-par total of 222 81-72-69. This includes matching her second-lowest score from the Coeur D'Alene Invite - a three-under-par 69 in round one.

Yvonne Shang has shown resilience throughout the event, finishing at tie for 48th place with nine birdies under her belt and a nine-over-par total of 225 76-74-75.

Notably, San Francisco seeks to clm their third West Coast Conference championship title after placing fourth in last season's competition. This year saw the Dons shoot an impressive score of 19-over-par 883 296-294-293 during the tournament.
